At Dream Believe Inspire Home Care, reliability and compassion matter more than anything. We hire flexible caregivers who are open to all eligible roles—Homemaker/Companion, Attendant Care, and Transportation Support. (Structured Family Caregiving is a separate live-in program; if you’re caring for a family member already, see the SFC section below.)

What Caregivers Do at Dream Believe Inspire

hese are the main ways you’ll support clients. Your application covers all of them.

Attendant Care

  • Hands-on ADL support: bathing, dressing, mobility/transfers
  • Safe assistance, dignity, and respectful communication

Structured Family Caregiving

  • For family/live-in caregivers of an eligible Medicaid member
  • Monthly care coaching, daily support expectations
  • If you already care for a family member full time, you may qualify to be paid.

Home & Community Assistance

  • Support with errands, companionship, and daily living tasks that keep clients active and engaged in the community.

Non-Medical Transportation

  • Drive clients to appointments/errands (no medical transport)
  • Mileage policy explained during onboarding
  • Meal Delivery

Homemaker/Housekeeping

  • Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, errands
  • Companionship, reminders, safety checks

Home-Delivered Meals

  • Nutritious meals delivered directly to your door to support health, independence, and peace of mind.
