Founded by a devoted mother-and-son team, Darlene and Michael, Dream Believe Inspire was born from personal experience. After witnessing the rapid decline of a beloved grandfather in a nursing facility, we brought him home—and everything changed. His smile returned. His peace came back. That moment sparked a vision: no one should settle for “just getting by” when it comes to care.
We created DBI Home Care to give families something better—Medicaid waiver home care delivered in the comfort and safety of home. Our services are available through Indiana’s Medicaid Waiver program, long-term care insurance, or private pay options.

Every caregiver must pass a home-care-specific exam with a minimum score of 80%, testing their knowledge of safety, aging care, and real-world caregiving scenarios. - Mandatory Orientation & Ongoing Education
New hires complete a comprehensive orientation covering client rights, safety, and DBI’s care philosophy. We also provide ongoing training to keep our team up to date with best practices and evolving care standards.
